Our earrings are handmade, one of a kind pieces giving them imperfections sometimes. With that being said, I want to make sure you love your earrings, so here is our return policy.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your goods to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in it's original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The cost of shipping is final and not refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at madebylanestore@gmail.com. Items sent back without informing us or requesting the return will not be accepted. You will also be responsible for the shipping.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. If your return was approved, you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:
1. Your purchase was in the last 14 days.
2. The merchandise is in the original packaging.
3. The merchandise was not used or damaged.
4. You have proof of purchase.
Made by Lane reserves the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to Made by Lane.

Made by Lane cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, an insured or trackable return is recommended. Made by Lane is unable to issue refund without actual receipt of the return or proof of received return delivery.
