Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Priority shipping does not mean your order will process faster, it just means it will arrive to it's destination quicker once dropped off at the post office. 

According to the USPS, please allow 30 business days before filling a claim for a lost package and 40 days for International. Please wait the full time before reaching out about a lost package.

Shipping Internationally:

The customer is responsible for all customs fees. If the customer's country or region charges fees (import tariff, customs handling fee, added tax, etc), the customer must pay the charge(s).

If the package is returned to sender or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
